Precision Equilibrated Dentures - for stable dentures
Denture processing, teeth, acrylics and techniques have hardly changed in the past 40 years. Certain techniques have been around for a long time, but have not generally been used in denture construction and fitting. Denture wearers are now looking for a better fit, function and appearance. Implant techniques are by far the best way of replacing lost teeth; with anything else being a compromise.
We are now offering Precision Equilibrated Dentures. This involves putting together a complete system using different materials and techniques, to what we have generally done in the past.
STABILITY
With the use of the Universal Transferbow System (pictured) we can transfer the position of your upper jaw to the new Stratos 300 fully adjustable articulator, for the setting of the teeth. The Stratos 300 simulates your jaw movement as accurately as possible. It greatly improves function by duplicating the movement of the jaw to the right, left and forward as well as the normal centre position.
These Jaw movements determine the setting of your teeth, so the dentures are more stable and comfortable than our conventional dentures.

IVOCAP ACRYLIC IS A VERY DENSE AND STRONG ACRYLIC
Ivocap is a continuous injection acrylic pressure system used during the finishing. The high density of this Ivocap acrylic gives a much stronger product and a better fit than our normal denture base.

A lot of people think they have no lips or flat lips or can only squash and swallow food, rather than chew it.
